The school board is composed of :
May attend the board meetings as advisors :
The school board is established for one year until the renewal of its members.
The board has 3 meetings a year and the first meeting must be organized during the 15 days after the elections.
After the meeting a written report is presented in an easily accessible area at school.
The school board establishes and approves the school's rules.
It takes part in the establishment of the school project and expresses opinions concerning the school life :
The school council gives its approval for the organization of additional educational, sporting or cultural.
It defines the schedule of meetings between teachers and parents.
- the school's director, who runs the council
- the cultural advisor of the French Embassy in Armenia
- the school's whole teaching staff
- the elected representatives of parents in equal number to the school grades

- specialized workers of a kindergarten
